PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)

Not sure if diving is for you? Try an introductory day instead! While this is not a certification course, it provides a great peak into the wonderful world of scuba diving. The DSD is a half day experience consisting of theory and basic skills practice, followed by a dive to 40’ in the open water. Available for ages 10 and up, it's the perfect experience for the whole family!
PADI Scuba Diver
$350 including PADI e-learning, dives, equipment, taxes and credit card fees
This is the first level as a certified diver, certifying you to dive under the supervision of a dive professional to a maximum of 12meters/40 feet. You will complete theory, shallow water practice and 2 open water dives over 2-3 days.
PADI Open Water Diver
$480 including PADI e-learning, dives, equipment, taxes and credit card fees; $260 Scuba Diver to Open Water Upgrade
If you already know that you want to pursue your full certification, then the very popular PADI Open Water Diver course is the one for you! Available for ages 10 and up, this is the most popular entry level scuba certification in the world. This course takes a minimum of three to four days to complete, with theory lessons in the classroom, as well as underwater skills and diving practice. Your Open Water Diver course will train you to become a competent, safe diver certified to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters/60 feet.
